Oh my..just like our little chickadees…Poor thing.. I am so happy that it had some time in your care to recover from the window hit…My friend Mary Anna has taught me much. Even a paper bag with a twig and a chip clip to close it in a dark warm room is something to try. I had to do this with a window stunned blue jay. I was sorry that I couldn’t help two little goldfinch this week…or my own child who fell off a horse onto her head….The highs and lows of parenting and wildlife…thank you for this lovely post. It put a smile on my face today….which I needed very much…Michelle
